Delivery by Dragon or Mail Owl (Shipping)
Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. Delivery times vary based on your realm and selected shipping method. Once a package leaves our castle, delays caused by the carrier or Acts of God (storms, floods, fires), war, or world-ending book releases are not our responsibility.
Return Rituals
Returns are accepted within 30 days for unused, unenchanted items in their original condition. To initiate a return, contact us at lorekeeper@inkstainedsidequests.com. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless we made an oops.
Goblin Mishandling Clause (Damaged in Transit)
If your parcel arrives broken, leaking mysterious fluids, or clearly cursed, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work some magic to fix the issue—usually via replacement or refund.
No Take-Backsies (Digital Goods)
Downloads (e.g., ebooks, writing resources) are all final sale. Once you've received the spell, we can't un-cast it.
