Welcome, noble traveler! By entering the lands of Ink Stained Side Quests, you agree to the following enchanted guidelines. These scrolls aren’t cursed (we promise), but they are binding. Read carefully, or the plot bunnies may revolt.
Joining the Guild (Accounts & Access)
If you create an account with us, you agree to provide accurate info and keep your login safe from goblins, familiars, and curious younger siblings. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your credentials.
Magic & Merchandise (Purchases)
All items listed in our shop—books, gear, and delightful weirdness—are available while supplies last. Prices are listed in gold-standard dollars (USD), and you agree to provide valid payment at the time of purchase. Once confirmed, we process your order quicker than a caffeinated elf on deadline.
Shipping & Delivery (see "The Merchant's Manifesto" page for details)
We work hard to get your treasures delivered, but please be aware that Acts of God, unexpected wars, portal collapses, or raven delays may impact delivery times. These things are beyond our control.
Respect the Realms (Community Conduct)
Treat fellow Scribes with respect. This is a welcoming place for scribblers of all species and experience levels. Trolling, flaming, and intentional disruption will result in banishment to the Void (aka, account suspension or banning).
Protecting the Lore (Intellectual Property Policy)
All original content, including logos, branding, blog posts, shop items, and magical musings, are the exclusive property of Ink Stained Side Quests unless otherwise stated. Any attempt to reproduce, distribute, or steal said magic without proper credit, permission, or bardic blessing is strictly prohibited and may result in legal fireballs.
Likewise, content created and shared by community members remains theirs. You retain ownership of your original works. However, by posting them on the site (in forums, comments, etc.), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and archive that content for community engagement purposes. We won’t use it to summon demons or print anthologies without your say-so.
Changing the Scrolls (Policy Updates)
We reserve the right to modify these terms as our realm evolves. Major changes will be announced via scroll or newsletter (okay, email), and your continued use means you agree to the updates.
