Promptorium Scroll No. 04

Promptorium Scroll golden wax seal

A giant god defeating a serpent monster, both frozen in a frozen landscape with a full moon in the background. A single line of hikers passes in the forefront.

How to Use This Prompt (Without Summoning an Accidental Demon):

  1. Read the prompt. Let it whisper sweet nonsense into your imagination.

  2. Don’t overthink. Seriously. No one’s grading you (unless you’ve angered a goblin professor).

  3. Set a timer. Try 10–20 minutes. More if the muse is feeling spicy.

  4. Write like a maniac. Spelling? Grammar? Consistency? Pfft. You can edit later. This is about chaos-fueled creativity.

  5. Twist it. Flip genres. Change POV. Make the prompt cry for mercy if you want.

  6. Reuse it. Today it’s a flash fiction. Tomorrow it’s a D&D side quest. Next week? A novella. Who knows?

  7. Have fun. If you’re not cackling, gasping, or yelling “plot twist!” at least once... try adding caffeine.

  8. Be kind to your brain. It’s doing weird, wonderful things. Give it snacks.

*Promptorium is not responsible for any characters who refuse to shut up, plot bunnies that multiply uncontrollably, or fictional worlds that demand full maps.
